Short NZD/USD at market (now .7857)
Stop 0.7895
Close half of the position at .7827, move stop on rest to breakeven
Close rest at .7746

The New Zealand trade balance is due for release at 6:45pm ET this evening and we think that the number will be weak because manufacturing PMI deteriorated significantly in March. Also technically, the NZD/USD has entered our sell zone and despite today’s rally, it has failed to break back above the 1st standard deviation Bollinger Band which coincidently sits at the same level as the 100-day SMA.
