Even if looks like 98% is “shure” about that.

Hi,
I’m french.
In french, “parité” (with accent) doesnt mean the english “parity”.
It means “currency pair rate”.
So Fillon didn’t say he meant the euro to go further down levelling with the dollar.

You’re welcome, dear Kathy.
Nevertheless, Mr. Fillon, who’s married to an Englishwoman, should know the markets speak mainly english, and that many anglophones would understand it as they did.
