Having a tough time finding a job? I don’t blame you. Even though companies are saying that their level of layoffs are in line with normal attrition, recruiters and job hunters believe otherwise. According to a Wall Street Recruiting Company, on average 100 resumes are arriving each day and only 3 of them will lead to a job.
